These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Tint and Tinge ("we," "us," "our") and govern your use of our website at tintandtinge.com and our personal color analysis service (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Tint and Tinge provides a digital personal color analysis based on a self-reported questionnaire and optional photographs that remain on your device. The result is delivered by email and includes a color season verdict, a curated palette, neutrals, colors to avoid, and styling guidance for metals, prints, and makeup. The analysis is a digital approximation and is not a substitute for in-person draping with a certified analyst.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.
Your analysis is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your analysis within an hour, please check your spam folder and then contact hello@tintandtinge.com.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (d) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; (e) resell or redistribute the analysis you receive without our written permission.
All content on the Service — including the analysis methodology, color palettes, written copy, templates, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Tint and Tinge and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may use the personalized analysis you purchase for your own personal styling and shopping; you may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the color analysis will match your aesthetic preferences. The analysis is a stylistic recommendation, not professional, medical, or psychological advice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINT AND TINGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tint and Tinge from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and posted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
